  I was involved in a car accident in which I was rear ended. The driver of the other vehicle was rude and unapologetic. I could not have possibly settled with him or his insurance company after witnessing his behavior. So, I contacted d’Oliveira & Associates and they handled everything. This is my second time being represented by d’Oliveira & Associates. I must say that I am even more impressed with their staff than I was before. Their professionalism is outstanding. Robin is knowledgeable and reliable. I valued her advice. Lisa was always available when I called and provided me with any information I needed. They made this process convenient, as they would always accommodate my schedule and be present in the Fall River office as needed. I am truly grateful for the service they provided. They completely relieved me of the burden from this accident.

  My Husband is very pleased with the way Ashley & Robin handled his case. They were not only very professional in handling his case, but very caring and considerate of he was injuries and that he was keeping up with his Doctors appointments. This made me feel that Ashley took care of him very well, and for this we are very grateful. During this time, we received several calls from Ashley informing us about the status of his case.
